Unfortunately, Halloween 3 ( 3-D!) featuring the [pretty much immortal] Mike Myers, will not be in theaters in time for this year’s celebration….actually not even until late next year!
The delay for production has been in effect for about a month and is set to be extended. Sources say that the project was halted because Director Patrick Lussie is also involved in another film. The original January 2010 release is looking more like Fall 2010…
Just in time for Halloween season? We certainly hope so…

Can you believe it has been 10 years since the release of Toy Story 2?
Well fans, Toy Story 3 is on its way….and surrounding all the excitement are some inside details that have been released.
So here it goes…
*Timothy Dalton is added to the toy studded line up: he will play Mr. Pricklepants: “a hedgehog toy with thespian tendencies.”
*Andy: Buzz and Woody’s owner is all grown up and headed to college, which inevitably means no more toys…!
*The toys are donated to a daycare center where they encounter the savagery of raging toddlers..Their mission is to escape and find the outside world as well as a new owner…
The plot thickens and there are several other adventures the characters face…but since the trailer will be out soon, we won’t spoil the film anymore!

G.I. Joe is a household name in America. Unless you were born on Mars, you are familiar with the little action figures and their accessories that kept children playing and busy for hours!
Well if you forgot about G.I. Joe, here is a refresher course: G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobrahit theaters this past weekend..and opened with a bang!
The movie had received less than favorable reviews from the critics. But much to their surprise the movie debuted at #1 with an estimated $100 million dollar around the globe. Not too shabby for a movie that will probably receive no critical acclaim.
But in today’s economic climate, does it even matter what the big shots say as long as the $$$ is coming in?
However, it was said that the hype of the film was attributed to the strong fan base that G.I. Joe has and also because of front man Channing Tatum.
Perhaps all good reasons to go watch the movie. However, critics will be on the lookout for 2nd week sales, especially with “District 9″ opening up this Friday.
We predict that the film will be still be relevant in the upcoming weeks..Funnyordie.com even made a parody of the film, so it must be newsworthy….
If you are a comics fan, then you most likely know that this past weekend was one of the biggest events held in the comic industry. Comic-con is an annual convention held in San Diego. The event consists of panels, seminars, workshops, and previews of upcoming feature films..amongst other things.
This year marked the 4oth anniversary of the convention and amongst all the chatter about the weekend, Iron Man 2 was a hot topic!
Just two years prior, Iron Man had debuted at Comic-Con, and went on to gross nearly 600 million worldwide! And the sequel is set to meet the same goals. It was said that the Iron Man panel was so highly anticipated that even Marvel execs and studio guests were unable to get in.
Production of the film concluded just a week and a half ago, but the director brought 5 minutes of footage to feed the appetites of the masses. The preview shows Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.) working alone at the outset of the sequel. He declines another offer to join forces with the group of heroes being assembled by Nick Fury(Samuel Jackson) and is being ordered by the government to turn in his super-powered suit, which has been deemed too dangerous a weapon.
The preview also introduced a new roster of characters to join the Iron Man phenomenon:
Garry Chandling as the senator demanding Stark’s suit,
Don Cheadle as Jim Rhodes (War Machine),
Mickey Rourke as bad guy Ivan Vanko (Whiplash), and
Sam Rockwell as arms merchant Justin Hammer.
There are many star studded performers in this film, and if the reaction of fans from Comic-Con is any indication of how the film will do, I say pretty damn good!
WoW is a multi player online game which has received a huge following since 2004. “World of Warcraft” holds the Guinness World Record as the most popular massively multi player online game with more than 11.5 million monthly subscribers , in addition to launching a profitable range of licensed products.
Blizzard Entertainment and Legendary Pictures have both expressed their excitement and confidence in their choice of Raimi as director. Raimi’s most recent film was “Drag Me to Hell” which received favorable feedback.
Raimi also expressed his excitement to on taking on the film. He states, “At its core, Warcraft is a fantastic, action-packed story,” said Raimi in the statement. “I am thrilled to work with such a dynamite production team to bring this project to the big screen.”

While we anticipate the release of several films, one that cannot come soon enough is Tim Burton’s adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s, Alice in Wonderland.
Today, photos from the set were released and are said to have fans drooling for more. Legendary Producer Tim Burton is famous for films such as Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas,and Charlie in the Chocolate Factory. With that roster, it is no surprise to us on who is casted as the Mad Hatter, Burton’s all star, Johnny Depp. Also announced in this star studded lineup is Helena Bonham Carter (Burton’s fiance) as the Red Queen, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen, and Mia Wasikowska as Alice.
The film has been scheduled to be released March 5, 2010. Many critics have stated that this just might be Burton’s best film ever. It is filled with vivid scenery, but yet the very same dark edge he is famous for. I mean, The Red Queen boasts a moat filled up from the results of her famous command,”off with his head!” However, the movie is still children friendly.

1. Kendra & Hank Baskett-
It was a shocker to us all when Kendra, former bunny and Hef’s former arm candy left the mansion. Next thing we know she is engaged to Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett, and now she has announced that they are expecting their first child. Motherhood and the Playboy Mansion are words that are not synonymous with one another, but we are confident that Kendra will be an amazing mom. Being that Kendra is a former bunny and Hank an NFL player here are 2 outfits that will be reminiscent of mommy and daddy, while being oh so cute:
2. Gisele Bundchen & Tom Brady-
Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and husband Tom Brady have just informed the public of their recent baby news. This will be Gisele’s first child and Tom’s second (first with ex girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan). After what seemed to be a never ending relationship between Gisele and Leonardo DiCaprio, it seems she is finally complete with NFL superstar husband and family on the way. We picture little Gisele in those famous Victoria Secret wings and little Brady ready to go in his Daddy’s uniform:
3. Nas & Kelis:
While this will be the first child of the Hip Hop duo, their celebration is not as enthusiastic as the previous couples. Kelis has just recently filed for divorce, siting irreconcilable differences.(It has been rumored that Nas was unfaitful throughout the relationship) We would hope the two would split amicably, but the guns are loaded for this one. Kelis is reportedly demanding spousal support of $80,000 a month in baby expenses. Nas on the other hand is not even trying to pay her lawyer fees.
Well, too bad this one had to go down the drain, but baby Nas or Kelis should be ready to rock out just like their superstar parents in these little get ups:
While this summer is slated to premier some great films such as Transformers 2, the highly anticipated Spider-Man 4 has been pushed all the way back to May 6, 2011!
Can we even wait that long? I suppose we have no choice, but in the mean time details of the film have began to unfold.
The latest star to sign back on the roster is Kirsten Dunst, securing her role as Spidey’s love interest Mary Jane. Rumors have been circulating that this film would include wedding bells for the two love birds, but producer Todd Black has insisted that these details were false.
One detail Black allowed himself to elaborate on is the next possible villain for the film? Could it be Kraven the Hunter, Chameleon, the Hobgoblin, Mysterio, or Venom offspring Carnage and the Lizard?
Don’t think so…
Black stated in a recent interview that filming will begin very soon in New York and assured us that the villain would be something New Yorker’s would appreciate. Perhaps, New York crime boss Kingpin? I think he fits the description very well, while keeping the Spiderman plot fresh and grounded in reality.
2011 seems to far away?…Well let the Spiderman celebrations begin now!
