Costumes + Decorations for End of Year Holidays & More!

Who’s ready for Thanksgiving? Now that November is here it’s time to talk turkey, pilgrims, Native Americans and all the other iconic aspects of this bountiful feast of a holiday. Get into the spirit by dressing up in costume for the town parade, a school play or during the big meal with family and friends.  Decorate your home and office in the colors of fall and spread even more joy to those around you. It’s entirely likely that some football will be watched at home as food is being prepared, so rooting for your favorite team with logo-adorned napkins, cups and plates is a welcome activity.  Basketball season also kicked off not too long ago and those corresponding accessories are great options to add to the festive atmosphere for game day or an upcoming party.  This month isn’t just about American History and Sports with big box office movies like Thor: The Dark World and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire opening in theaters to large crowds.  Another tale from Middle Earth, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, arrives on the big screen in December and by that point the anticipation for Christmas will be at a peak. Will Santa bring all the boys and girls everything they’ve been asking for? And will the adults wrap up 2013 with a suitably boisterous celebration on New Year’s Eve?  All signs point to yes; ensure that the remaining weeks before 2014 are incredibly fun with a creative character outfit, mask, wig, hat or disguise accessory and make these final days of the year as memorable as possible. Happy Holidays in Costume!
